1) Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

2) How to Start a Return (RMA Required)

  • Email mailboxnystore@gmail.com with your order number, item SKU, and reason for return.

  • We will reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions.

  • Do not send items back without an RMA. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.

3) Eligibility & Condition

To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received, unused and unopened, with all original packaging, sleeves, mounts, certificates, and invoice.

  • Stamp sets/lots must be returned complete (no partial returns).

  • Graded/slabbed items must remain sealed; tamper‑evident holders broken or opened are not returnable.

4) Non‑returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened, handled, or damaged stamp sets/lots (collectible condition is critical).

  • Custom or special requests (e.g., specific plate numbers, hand‑picked grades).

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”

  • Digital/downloadable products (if any) and gift cards.

5) Return Shipping & Fees

  • Unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Use a trackable shipping service and keep the receipt. We are not responsible for return parcels lost in transit.

  • Original shipping fees (e.g., Priority upgrade) are not refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

6) Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.

  • If the item is damaged or incorrect, email photos and your order number to us within 3 business days of delivery.

  • After review, we will provide a prepaid label or other instructions and arrange a replacement or refund.

7) Refund Method & Timing

  • Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Processing times by your bank/issuer may vary. If 15 business days have passed since our approval and you have not received the refund, please contact us.

8) Exchanges

  • If you need a different item, the fastest way is to return the original (with RMA) and place a new order after the return is approved.
